Gain these ingredients to achieve your wildest mango-flavored dreams. For the purposes of this recipe, assume a blender with a smoothie cup flipped upside-down onto the blending base.
Ingredients
Cube cut frozen mango, 2 1/2 cups
Ice cubes, 1/4 cup
Your choice of alternative milk, 1 1/2 cups
Alternative no-calorie sweetener, equivalent to 1/4 cup regular sugar
Citric acid, 1/4 teaspoon
Guar Gum, 1/2 teaspoon
Steps
Load up the blender with ice and mango.
Pour in the first cup of your favorite milk, and set aside the last 1/2 cup.
In the 1/2 cup of alternative milk, add the sugar, citric acid, and guar gum.
Quickly stir those ingredients until guar gum begins to thicken the mixture.
Add the mixture on top of the ingredients.
